Blaming your moves, shots and swings for your golf mishits and mishaps? Well, no matter how much time and effort you have been spending over practicing your moves to perfect your game, you still won’t achieve your goal if you use unsuitable or defective types of golf equipment.

Now is high time for you to consider the following golf tips that involve checking on your equipment’s quality.

If you plan to choose used golfclubs as beginner’s tools, scrutinizing before purchasing is a must. The clubheads, the shafts, and the grips are golfclub parts that should pass inspection first before landing a decent spot in your golf equipment cabinet. Another excellent golf tip that will get you through the game is making sure that the set of used golfclubs you’re eyeing have set consistency. It will also help a lot if you check first the price of new clubs vs. used.

A golf tip for a golfer that plans to regrip his clubs: Be cautious. This is because the grips are the only contact points one can access to affect the shot. Before carrying out the regripping, know the core grip of the club and your hands grip size. To determine your core size grip, measure the diameter of the butt of the shaft you’re going to re-grip. The shaft’s diameter should match the grip’s core diameter. In determining your hands grip, the available size grips are regular, mid-size, oversize and jumbo. Use only the best re-gripping materials that will provide optimum performance for your golf clubs.

Science has proven that utilizing complementary and alternative therapies can be effective for many different illnesses and diseases. Often these treatments can be combined with physician guided therapies and can result in better outcomes. When people talk about complementary therapies what exactly do they mean? These treatments can include herbal therapy, vitamin and mineral supplementation, acupuncture, acupressure, chiropractic care, probiotics, homeopathic treatments, massage, meditation, prayer, and exercises therapies such as tai chi. These are generally not scientifically proven but many people have found them to be of benefit and some have been used for thousands of years.

Tai chi incorporates graceful, gliding dance-like poses. Simply watching others doing tai chi can be relaxing. Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion” because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. Tai chi was originally developed in China as a form of self-defense, and it is a graceful form of exercise that has existed for some 2,000 years. Practiced regularly, tai chi can help you reduce stress and enjoy other health benefits. It can help keep your muscles loose and toned.

Acupuncture and acupressure act in the same manner. Based on Chinese medicine and the belief that chi flows through your body, and that blockages of this chi can cause illnesses and disease, acupuncture and pressure help release those blockages and allow the energies to flow throughout your body in a health way. Acupuncture uses tiny needles that are inserted into the skin, and may also utilize electrical currents. Acupressure uses massage type pressure to promote the same benefits without needles. These complimentary therapies are helpful with stress relief, pain management, and health promotion.

If you are feeling disappointed playing the guitar because it seems too tough, here are a few guidelines to combat the frustration you may feel.

•    Stop.  Take Frequent Breaks
Playing the same wrong note over and over can make even the sanest, most patient person annoyed.  That’s okay.  It’s part of the learning method.  Stop, give a deep breath and return.  If that still doesn’t help, it may be time to stop for the day and move on to something else and come back with a clear head. Going away from the guitar frequently can help build your sanity and bring your emotions back under control.  Keep the guitar out of its case and keep it in plain site.  It will inspire you to go back to it once the vibes strikes again.  Playing guitar is supposed to be a fun activity. Obliging yourself to practice may seem like training and aid in annoyance if things do not sound right.  If at any point it looses its fun, stop.

•    “Write”  Your Own Songs
If the songs you are performing are too complex, stop playing music already written.  Once you have memorized the fret board, finger placement and chords, make up your own music.  Most songs on alternative radio today are 3 chord songs in one key.  With that in mind, take that thought and run wild with it.  You can even draw out your own fret board and create your own way of recognizing notes and frets if you so desire.  You will feel like a rock star and increase your confidence.  This what makes playing the guitar that much more pleasurable.
