Development in Africa greatly relies on the organizational development to be led by the leaders. Other factors affecting it were the trades and aids. Aids (not the disease) has been very active in Africa ever since. For a very long time, it was the major source of living among a greater number of Africans. But now, they are claiming that they do not need much aid, what they need are opportunities for a sustainable development. And this one is really true. Helps and donations from other nations can only do a short-lived benefit. Worse is, it makes Africans lazy and neglectful. They are now more progressive when it comes to positive transformation, and the only pathway to it is to learn to bring food on their plates by their own. What will make this happen are investments that create jobs for skilled people.

Opportunities in Africa are not entirely for investors, it is for Africans. And so to speak, the growth that is taking over the Black Continent is not merely because of foreign trade and investments, it is because of the region itself.

One of the most admired investment in Africa are those that offer jobs for many Africans. People would easily indulge themselves into investments that has something to do with their aim to progress. Africans prefer decent jobs as the smoothest road to success. And truly, it is a long time aid that can answer everyone’s hunger. To cite a fact, each year, the rate of Africans living under $1 a day decreased because of jobs being provided by investors.
